1. How long does it take to receive your order for office furniture once you have placed your order?
It depends on what you have ordered. Some products are available immediately and can be delivered the next day. Others need to be manufactured and shipped from other locations. Some items can take 3-4 weeks and some 6-8 weeks. Plan ahead and find out how long it will take for your own order to arrive.

2. Does Prospera Office Interiors have any payment plans?
Yes, we do. Through our leasing programs, you can purchase all your office products over a time frame that suits your business needs. Choose your payment terms, and amount to pay per month. Most lease applications can be processed in a few days. Call or contact us for details.

3. I think I need to have a space plan for my office. Can you help?
Simply call us and we will take it from there. Our planners will ask you a few questions to determine your needs and wants. We can determine the type, grade, and style of furniture you are looking for. After that, we will take measurements of your office. Our space planner will take all the gathered information and design a layout that will best suit your needs. You will see, before you purchase, what your office will look like in a 2 dimensional or 3 dimensional view.

4. I have an AutoCAD drawing from my Architect. Does this help?
Yes it does. Our space planner can view files from AutoCAD, Giza and Visio. Once opened, he can determine the size of the office, desks, filing cabinets etc. Not only can we give you a quote from this, but we can also give cost saving suggestions. Your files can also be converted into files we can use to show you your office in a 2 dimensional or 3 dimensional set of drawings.

5. Does Prospera Office Interiors have someone who can deliver and install the office furniture I purchase?
Yes we do. We recommend having our trained staff install your office furniture so it is installed correctly and so you will receive the maximum amount of use and benefit from your furniture.

6. I have a specific need and I will be requiring custom-made furniture. Does Prospera Office Interiors supply custom office furniture?
Yes we do. We have custom manufacturers. The only limitation is your imagination. If you can sketch it or you are able to explain to our staff what it is that you are looking for, we can turn your scribbles into 3 dimensional drawings. If the drawings are to your satisfaction, we can create the custom furniture using a wide variety of laminates or wood veneers.

7. I would like to see the furniture before I buy it. Where can I see it?
We have a number of showrooms in the Seattle and Vancouver areas where all our furniture is available for viewing. Call us and we will set up an appointment for you to view any and all types of furniture before you buy.

8. I would like a brochure on the products you sell. Can you send one to me?
We sell hundreds of different products, and it is difficult to stock brochures for everything. When you purchase office furniture, we can have one of our assistants contact you and determine what it is we can help you with. Afterwards, they can send you color catalogues, suggestions and solutions.

9. We are an established company with existing office furniture and we are considering buying new office furniture. Can Prospera Office Interiors give us money for our old furniture?

We purchase used office furniture. Once you have decided that you would like to purchase new office furniture, we can have someone come out and give you a quote as to what your old office furniture is worth. This eliminates the stress of having to sell it yourself and frees up your office space so you can have your new furniture delivered.
